Listing Presentation Checklist & Input Form

___ 1. Before your listing appointment, fill out the form below.  Leave the price and date fields blank

___ 2. Prepare your CA RLA Form or in CA fill out the form below to and the RLA back from Kevin Burke ready to be filled in and signed

___ 3. Prepare a copy and review your Listing Presentations with your client (show how it works) 

___ 4. Make sure you have created a copy of your CMA prior to your appointment

___ 5. When you go to “Next Steps” & figure the home price in the listing presentation, fill in the blank fields of the RLA, like price, time frame, etc. and sign

Note:  This can be done via printed PDF document or via DocuSign / DigiSign
